Rhonda L. Jones grew up with a dad who was an entrepreneur, but it took her awhile to accept she was meant to be one as well. She founded Chez Moi Bakery in 2005 as a hobby, operated as a dessert food truck for 7 years and took that leap of faith by making the business full-time in 2015.

Chez Moi is known for Brown Sugar Vanilla rum cake as seen on PBS. Products are shipped nationwide along with local pickup & delivery for retail customers, cakes are provided to a few local coffee shops & restaurants in Durham and retail products can be found in several specialty stores throughout the state.
She's all about networking and sharing resources. She hopes by sharing her story, it will inspire someone else on their journey.
