Ariana Nester studied Political Science and Economics at UNCW and received a MA and MS from Boston College. Having been raised in the food, beverage, and service industry on both sides of her family and having a talent for flavor, she found herself drawn back to the industry during COVID and launched Remedy Cocktail Company in the Fall of 2021.

 

Ariana joined WE Power in June of 2022 and believes the resources and community provided by WE Power Food to be of great value to both new and established food businesses and the women who run them. She is excited to be a part of the board of directors and believes her background in the industry and teaching will be an asset to the group. Ariana believes in the power of human connections and hopes to help continue to foster and grow the community she has found at WE Power. 

 

Ariana lives in Holly Springs with her husband, two kids, turtle, and two cats. In her “free” time Ariana loves to read, cook, bake, quilt, and sew.
